| Dan is a junior BFA acting major at UCONN. He recently played Guildenstern/Priest in Hamlet at the Classics Shakespeare Festival. Back at UCONN, he's played the CRT stage as Johnny from Thin Air and played Flute/Thisbe from A Midsummer Nights Dream. Some favorite roles include Prior, Angels and America, Sir Andrew, Twelfth Night, and Hamlet from the 15 Minute Hamlet. Dan makes short sketch movies with his past high school friend. He thanks the mysterious. He sends all of his love to his wonderful supportive family in which without them, he would not be here. |

| Scott Cooke, an alumnist of the "Arts At the Capitol Theater" performance school and current student of the UCONN acting program has been performing all his life. Born in Connecticut with a need to be a conveyor of entertainment, he quickly took to the thrill of the spotlight, performing in well-known productions including Damn Yankees, GodSpell and Shadow Box, as well as aiding in the production of and performing in ACT's original "Rewind: 80 Years Behind the Silver Screen". He is excited to be making his television debut with CPTV as a character he feels he was born to play. |

(as Nicole), "A Bird of Prey" (as Donna), "Daisy Pulls It Off" (as Alice
Fitzpatrick), and "Little Women" (as Amy). |

| Cynthia Overgard has been an adjunct instructor of Finance at the University of Connecticut since 2001. She has 10 years’ experience working in financial services, most recently for MasterCard International as Vice President of Risk Management for North and South America, where she oversaw $15 billion in counterparty credit risk. Cynthia left the corporate world in 2005 after giving birth to her son, Alexander. In addition to teaching, Cynthia currently runs her own small business and she has written articles for various textbook, newspaper, and magazine publications. She graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University with an MBA in Finance. Cynthia lives in Fairfield County, CT, with her husband, Eric, and their son, Alexander. |

Paul has over 35 years of work experience as an accountant and CPA in public practice. He started his own accounting firm in 1982 and it has grown to a two partner firm employing up to 12 people. The firm provides audit services, tax preparation, financial reporting and consultation for clients in the tri-state area of Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts.
Paul began teaching for UConn as an adjunct in The Fall of 1998. He was hired as a full time Instructor in Residence in August 2007 teaching in the UConn regional system. He was voted teacher of the year in 2003 at the Waterbury campus. He also introduced a new financial literacy course (Me, Myself, and My Money) in the Waterbury and Hartford campuses in 2007.
Paul lives in North Canaan, Connecticut with his wife Marcia and has two grown children Daniel and Joy. |

RICK SHEIBER has worked on numerous media productions over the last 9 years. He most recently produced CPTV's Open Doors to Family Learning: Parents and Communities for Kids which was nominated for a 2008 Boston/New England Emmy Award. This television program profiled the PACK initiative, which promotes family learning opportunities in Greater New Haven. Rick has served as the coordinating producer of the national PBS fitness/travel/adventure series America's Walking and the local documentary a child. a family. a future: Foster Care and Adoption in Connecticut. Rick has also produced Connecticut's coverage of MacNeil/Lehrer Productions' national initiative to promote civic engagement, By the People, where the issue of education and the achievement gap was discussed in 2005 and immigration was the topic in 2007. As an associate producer Rick has received a Boston/New England Emmy Award and a Gracie Award. Rick is very excited to be currently working with his partner Amy Zielinski on this web-based program to promote financial literacy.
AMY ZIELINSKI has been working in Public Broadcasting for over 10 years. She began as a member of the production staff at WKAR in Lansing, MI. She then moved to working in fundraising and national production at WTVS – Detroit Public Television. She is currently a staff producer at CPTV – a media service of the Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network – working in communications, marketing and local production. Amy has already learned so much about managing her finances through working on this game and she hopes that all the players do as well. She would like to thank Rick for bringing his passion and dedication to this project every day. |
